By using the Agent Edge web site, you hereby agree to comply with the following terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Agent Edge web site, and you do not have the right to access or use the site.

1. All payments Billed on the 5th of each month.

2. All payments are automatically charged to your credit card.

3. You can cancel anytime, just e-mail written notice to john@agentedgetraining.com at least 5 business days prior to billing, if notice is not received 5 business days to billing, payment for the next month will be billed, and cancellation of membership will occur the following month. *There is a minimum charge of $50.85 for cancellation, this covers the cost of the four core lessons a $34.50 value and the first month minimum.

4. Access to the site will be denied, upon failure to pay or denial for any reason from Credit Card Processor.

5. All material is to be considered the property of Agent Edge and no access to be granted to anyone without written permission.

6. All parties, by agreeing to these terms agree that if a dispute arises for any reasons all parties agree to meet with an agreed upon third party mediator, in the City of Charlotte, North Carolina.

7. All parties agree, that the soul remedy for any disagreement will be one month of membership fee.

8. Every time you log into the site, you verify that you agree to abide by these terms of use. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us without specific notice to you.

9. Agent Edge may choose to provide you with a password that will grant you access to certain portions of this Site. Members are responsible for keeping any such password information confidential. If you authorize someone else to use your password, this is a violation of our terms and your membership can be cancelled.

10. From time to time, this Site may not be available due to system maintenance, technical difficulties or for any other reason. No refunds, or monies will be returned in anyway due to a technical problem or a temporary loss of access to the site.

11. Agent Edge reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to this Site, in anyway, at any time.

12. You authorize Agent Edge and affiliates to disclose your information to any authority we deemed as an authority for any reason whatsoever, you as a member user, hereby agree to hold harmless Agent Edge for dissemination of your information. Agent Edge will make every effort to ensure that information is protected, and safe, however, if compelled, Agent Edge will always co-operate with proper authorities regarding dissemination of information.

13. Copy-write and Intellectual Rights. Agent Edge, does herby own all intellectual rights and all materials on the website is copy written and protected and owned in whole by Agent Edge Inc. No material can ever be given away or disseminated without written permission. As a rule, our members can use our templates, our materials and advice to enhance and build their own personal business, the membership grants them the right to use these template as long as they are paying their membership dues and are in compliance with Agent Edge Terms and Policies. Agent Edge material is NOT to enhance a non-paying member of the real estate community.

14. All submissions to Agent Edge, hereby become property of Agent Edge, and the grantor forfeits all rights and ownership of any submissions sent to Agent Edge. To be held completely harmless from grantor.

15. Agent Edge reserves the right to edit or delete any documents or templates at any time on the site.

16. Notification Agent. By DMCA Regulations Pub. L. 105-304, Agent Edge Training . com has designated Eric McCoy as copy write infringement agent, if you feel that material on our site is in violation, please contact Eric McCoy at eric@agentedgetraining.com All copy-write violation requests must be in writing and you must be authorized to enforce such requests. Agent Edge prides itself on containing original material developed and formulated by John Horne, however, any violation accusation will be taken very seriously and investigated thoroughly and we will comply with requests when and if there are any doubts as to any copy-write infringements. Just as we would hope anyone in violation of our copy-writes would respect our requests to “cease and desist”. Copy-write infringement accusers agree to grant Agent Edge 30 days to examine materials to determine if any violation has occurred.

17. You, our user, hereby agree to hold harmless Agent Edge, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, partners, affiliates, sponsors, agents, attorneys, representatives, from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, whether or not a lawsuit is filed, that in any way arises out of the use of this Site or the materials herein.

18. All materials contained in the Agent Edge website are hereby declared as transferred with NO WARRANTY. Any user, is responsible to ensure that any written promotional material is in compliance with Fair Housing and any other laws that is required for the particular “field” of user. Agent Edge makes no guarantees, no warranty, no bond, that any of its material are in compliance in any way with state, local, board, or federal laws. It is up to the individual user to determine if any alterations or changes need to be made so that he/she can be in compliance with local, federal and state laws.

19. 3rd party affiliates, Agent Edge prides itself on partnering with the very best affiliate partners in the Real Estate Industry, However, you our user, hereby understands and agrees to hold Agent Edge Harmless for any performance or lack there of from any third party. Agent Edge cannot be held responsible in any way for any of their third party affiliates or the services they provide or don’t provide whatever the case may be.

20. This website is in compliance with regulations in the State of North Carolina county of Mecklenburg. Any action taken with regards to Agent Edge must be issued, and enforced in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
